Roadmap

The canonical roadmap lives in the repository — ROADMAP.md — and is updated quarterly.

The short version:

  • Done: determinism kernel, full eval loop, fault injection, six-ring attribution, scripted multi-turn, BYO domains, repeat gating, third-party verify, quickstart + adapters + examples.
  • Now: 0.1.0 silent release, design-partner polish (TTFV ≤ 30 min for your own agent).
  • Next: public launch — gated on at least 3 named organizations doing real evaluations, not on a date.
  • Later (triggered): hosted service, only if ≥ 10 organizations want to pay for hosting; same code, cost-recovery pricing.

Non-goals, permanently: LLM user simulators, dashboards, telemetry.
